One of the most troubling experiences for our customers is seeing a blue screen appear suddenly on their computer. The first reaction to their system crash is something like “Oh no! Have I just lost all my work?”
Also known as the Blue Screen of Death, the problem could be one of a number of issues. To find the source, it helps to read the Microsoft error code on the screen but it can be hard to understand. Many times it’s the hard drive going bad. Or memory (RAM).
If you’ve recently added hardware then a driver might be the problem. A new software application could be the culprit. Removing the new item can be a fix.
At this point, your best bet may be to bring the computer to a nearby computer service center. Technicians are experienced in troubleshooting this particular problem. You’ll save time, frustration and possibly data.
At I.T. Connect, our Microsoft certified technicians will discuss the issues you’re experiencing, perform thorough diagnostics and identify the source of the problem. We’ll resolve the issue and get your computer back to you as soon as possible. Our normal turnaround time is 24 – 48 hours.
